What's New in SpyBuddy 3.0
SpyBuddy 3.0 is the newest release of our popular computer activity monitoring product - one of the most well trusted names in the spy software market. SpyBuddy 3.0 sets to level for computer monitoring - and once again, our new release is available. In this new release of SpyBuddy, we address many known bugs, as well as offer a plethora of new options, features, and updates. The following list outlines most of the new features and updates that can be found in SpyBuddy 3.0!
Windows User Account Compatibility
- As of SpyBuddy 3.7, SpyBuddy supports all of the following Windows user accounts on NT based Windows operating systems (Windows NT/2000/XP):
- Administrator Accounts
- Limited User Accounts
- Guest Accounts
As always, SpyBuddy still remains fully compatible with Windows 95/98/ME as well.
- E-Mail Logging (All Messages Sent and Received) - SpyBuddy now contains the functionality to monitor and record all e-mail that is sent and received on a PC, as long as the e-mail accounts are POP3 and SMTP compatible.
- Mozilla Firefox Website Logging - SpyBuddy now supports the logging of all websites that are visited within Mozilla FireFox.
- Netscape Navigator Website Logging - SpyBuddy now records and logs all websites viewed within the latest version of NEtscape Navigator (v7.2).
- Internet Explorer & AOL Image Cache Logging - This new feature will record all images that are viewed within Internet Explorer or AOL. It also provides you with how many times the image has been viewed, as well as the filename of the image viewed.
- MSN Messenger 6.0 & 7.0 Chat Logging - Long awaited feature! SpyBuddy now supports the logging of MSN Messenger 6.0 and 7.0 chat conversations.
- Trillian Chat Logging - SpyBuddy now supports the logging of all Trillian chat conversations.
- Yahoo 8.0 Chat Logging - SpyBuddy now supports the logging of all chat's and instant messages that are conducted using the newly released Yahoo 8.0 software.
- AOL 9.0 Optimized Support - SpyBuddy now supports AOL 9.0, and AOL 9.0 Optimized! SpyBuddy now will record all chat's and instant messages, as well as websites viewed with AOL 9.0 Optimized.
New Log Viewing Capabilities
- Built in Screen Shot Viewer - SpyBuddy now contains a built in screen shot viewer. The new screen shot viewer prevents screen shots viewed from appearing in Recent Document lists - as well as provides an easier interface for exporting and saving screen shots.
- All Log Viewers Updated - All SpyBuddy log viewing windows have been updated and cleaned out for easier navigation, and for quicker more accurate log results.
- Selective Log Clearing - SpyBuddy allows you to select from a list of all logs which logs you would like to clear. No more going through each log one-by-one deleting the contents!
New Concealment Features
- Does not appear as a startup application - SpyBuddy no longer shows up in the registry as a startup application. Our new technology allows SpyBuddy to hidden secretly in the registry - preventing tech-savvy users from finding out the location of SpyBuddy.
- Intrusion Detection Improved - SpyBuddy's built in spyware disabling functionality has been furthered more. SpyBuddy can now more accurately prevent itself from being detected by common (and even uncommon) spyware disabling applications.
Miscellaneous Updates
- Minor Interface Tweaks - SpyBuddy 3.0 features the same interface as 2.0 - however, it has ben slightly changed to allow for new logging methods, and easier navigation and usage.
- Many Minor Bug Fixes - SpyBuddy 3.0 addresses many behind-the-scenes bug fixes. SpyBuddy now runs more efficiently and effectively in the background - preventing system log and slowdown!
