The ExploreAnywhere, Inc. management team consists of a group of highly talented and dedicated entrepreneurs possessing a unqiue spectrum of individual specialties and experiences.

Bryan P. Hammond, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

A computer programmer since at age of 10, Bryan Hammond began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 14 when he developed and sold his first shareware program on the Internet. Throughout his teenage years Mr. Hammond owned and operated serveral dot com startups. In 2001, Mr. Hammond turned his attention toward developing and innovating technologies that protected children from the increasing dangers of the internet. In 2001, ExploreAnywhere Software was conceived and in 2002 was incorporated under the name ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC. Mr. Hammond has remained the Chief Executive Officer since the company's inception. Mr. Hammond attended the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics studying Business Administration. In November of 2008 Mr. Hammond was appointed Chairman to the Board.

Mark E. Hammond, Chief Financial Officer & Director

Mark E. Hammond has served as our Chief Financial Officer since the company was incorporated in 2002. From June 1995 to February 2006, Mr. Hammond served as the IT Director for Grinnell Fire Protection Company, a $1 billion fire and life safety full service construction company. In 2005, Mr. Hammond earned his Six Sigma Black Belt for his efforts in saving Grinnell approximately $3 million. Prior to joining Grinnell, Mr. Hammond spent ten years with Winthrop Financial Associates first as the IT Director and then as the Assistant Vice President for Residential Property Management. Mr. Hammond retired from the United States Army in 2001 with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Hammond received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Norwich University in 1971 and his Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 1980. Mark was appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2008.

Gavin G. Durni, Director

Mr. Durni is President of Durni Companies LLC, a real estate and internet investment holding company founded in December 2006. Durni Companies LLC's internet operations specialize in monetizing direct navigation traffic from domain name portfolios by means of pay-per-click advertising. Mr. Durni received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Boston University School of Management in 2006. Mr. Durni served as a consultant to ExploreAnywhere from April 2006 to October 2007. In November of 2007, Gavin Durni was appointed a director on our Board.

William J. Corso, Director

Mr. Corso is currently the Vice President of Durni Companies LLC, a real estate and internet investment holding company founded in December 2006. Mr. Corso specializes in maximizing revenue from direct navigation traffic from domain name portfolios by means of pay-per-click advertising. Mr. Corso received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University College of Business Administration in May 2007. William J. Corso has served as a director on the Board since November 2007.
