ExploreAnywhere, Inc was originally incorporated as ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC. in the State of New Hampshire on March 23, 1999. Our corporate offices are located in Boston, Massachusetts. Our Company's primary business consists of the development, sale and distribution of personal parental control and monitoring software corporate security and privacy solutions. The Company is also focused on developing, acquiring and investing in cash-flow positive businesses and viable business ventures primarily in the Software, Internet and Technology industries.

Our computer monitoring and surveillance software has been professionally critiqued and publicized by many of the most prestigious news agencies in the world. Our software products have been featured in publications such as Fortune Small Business, PC Magazine, Computer User Magazine, and USA Today - as well as the BBC World News, CNN, Tech TV, and the Kim Komando show. Bryan Hammond, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Bryan Hammond began his entrepreneur career in 2001 when he founded Explore Anywhere, Inc. - an Internet technology company with a concentration in the security and privacy software market. To this day, Explore Anywhere, Inc.’s product line contains a handful of the most widely known and used computer monitoring products in t he world. In addition to founding and growing Explore Anywhere, Inc., Bryan also resides on the Board of Directors with Search Rate Technologies, a technology based startup company that developed the patented MindSift search engine. Bryan has also appeared in the January 2006 Entrepreneur Magazine under the Tech Snapshot titled “Not on His Watch.”

Mark Hammond, Chief Financial Officer and Director

Graduated from Norwich University with a BS in Business Administration in 1971. After serving several years on Active Duty in the US Army, received his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in 1980. He spent ten years with Winthrop Financial Associates in Boston, MA as the IT Director and then the Assistant VP for Residential Property Management. He was the IT Director for Grinnell Fire Protection Company, a $1b Fire and Life Safety full service Construction Company, for eight years. During this time, he also earned his Six Sigma Black Belt for his efforts in saving the company approximately $3m in FY 2005. In 2001, he retired from the US Army with the rank of Colonel. He has been the CFO for Explore Anywhere, Inc. since its incorporation in 2002.
